Oatmeal Apple Bake

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 gala apples diced
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Garnish
  • 1 gala apples diced, for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until incorporated.
  4. Spray cast iron with avocado oil to prevent sticking and empty bowl of mixture into the skillet. Top with remaining apples.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until edges are golden.
