Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Oak Milk
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Orange Juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup Mango frozen
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

Method
 

  1. Blend the oat milk and dates on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add the banana, orange juice, ginger, mango, and hemp hearts. Blend on high speed until smooth.
