Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Oat Milk
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chai Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

Instructions
 

  • Blend the oat milk and dates on high speed until smooth.
  • Add the banana, blueberries, chia seeds, chai spice, and hemp hearts. Blend on high speed until smooth.
