Oatmeal Apple Bake
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 gala apples diced
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Garnish
- 1 gala apples diced, for topping
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until incorporated.
- Spray cast iron with avocado oil to prevent sticking and empty bowl of mixture into the skillet. Top with remaining apples.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until edges are golden.
