Get Your Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/4 cup Pineapple frozen
- 1/4 cup Mango frozen
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Blend the water, kale, and spinach on high speed until smooth.
- Add the pineapple, mango, and chia seed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
