Blueberry Chai Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Oat Milk
  • 3 Dates pitted
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chai Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

Method
 

  1. Blend the oat milk and dates on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add the banana, blueberries, chia seeds, chai spice, and hemp hearts. Blend on high speed until smooth.
