Blueberry Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Oat Milk
- 3 Dates pitted
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chai Spice Blend
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
Instructions
- Blend the oat milk and dates on high speed until smooth.
- Add the banana, blueberries, chia seeds, chai spice, and hemp hearts. Blend on high speed until smooth.
