Let me begin by saying there are many types of caesar dressings out there from a creamy consistency to more of a vinaigrette. Though most people buy Caesar salad dressing in a bottle, homemade is incredibly easy to make and, I think you’ll agree, tastes so much better than store bought. This creamy caesar dressing is a classic on the Mitchell side of the family.
- 2 small garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp milk
- 7 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Start by chopping up the garlic cloves and grating the fresh parmesan cheese.
- In small bowl, whisk chopped garlic, mayonnaise, vinegar, milk and freshly grated parmesan cheese together and store in airtight container.
