Green Smoothie

I love smoothies in general but there’s something about starting your morning off with a good handful of greens that gives you a natural rush of energy! This green smoothie is my personal favourite. I use a vanilla hemp based protein but feel free to substitute whatever protein you’re already using!


Green Smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • handful of kale
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • sprinkle with rolled oats
  1. Blend all ingredients together, sprinkle the oats on top and enjoy!
